Why Families & Lawyers in Central Coast Choose Us

We don’t keep waitlists for supervised family time on the Central Coast. Once intake is completed, we coordinate services promptly so supervised contact can commence without unnecessary delay, with experienced facilitators supporting families across the Central Coast in safe, suitable community-based locations.

Child-Centred, Trauma-Informed & ACCSA-Affiliated

As an ACCSA-affiliated service, we uphold recognised industry standards while delivering child-centred, trauma-informed supervised family time across the Central Coast. Our approach prioritises each child’s safety, wellbeing and individual needs, supporting consistent and meaningful family interactions.

Trusted, Qualified Facilitators

Our Central Coast Family Time Facilitators are carefully selected for their relevant qualifications and child-related experience. Each facilitator holds a valid NSW Working With Children Check and National Police Check and is trained to provide safe, respectful, neutral and professional supervised family time.

Trusted by Family Lawyers & Central Coast Families

We understand the legal and practical requirements surrounding supervised family time. Our detailed, objective reports provide clear observational records for families, legal professionals and court proceedings. Whether court-ordered or privately arranged, we deliver services with neutrality, safety and procedural consistency.

Central Coast Coverage You Can Count On

We provide community-based supervised family time across the Central Coast, using suitable parks, playgrounds and other child-friendly public venues. Our services support both family law referrals and privately arranged supervised contact.

Simple, Streamlined Start Process

1. Book a Free 15-Minute Consult
Choose a convenient time and our team will call you to discuss your circumstances, explain our Central Coast services and outline the next steps.

2. Complete Intake Assessments
Each parent completes a confidential 30–45 minute intake assessment. We do not maintain a waitlist, allowing matters to progress promptly once both intakes are completed.

3. Sign Service Agreements & Confirm Arrangements
Both parents review and sign the Service Agreement electronically. Once arrangements, locations and scheduling are confirmed, services can be allocated.

4. Commence Supervised Services
Supervised family time, changeovers or other agreed services take place at pre-arranged locations. Facilitators manage staggered arrivals and departures where required and maintain clear, objective records throughout.
