Cherished Connections is a professional, community-based Children’s Contact Service and are highly regarded in the industry. CC family time visits are run by caring, professional, and qualified Supervised Contact Workers, commonly called Family Time Facilitator.
Services
At Cherished Connections we provide wide range of services such as: Supervised Contact Visits, Supervised Transportations, Child Familiarisation Sessions, Supervised Changeovers, Virtual Visits and Report Writing. All our services are listed under services tab which explains each service in detail. At CC we ensure to remain child focused in every aspect of our service delivery. CC is Australian Children’s Contact Association Inc (ACCSA) affiliated service.

- Each parent completes a phone assessment to outline service needs
- A one‑off fee applies, charged to the paying party or invoiced separately if needed
- Online Forms
- Service Agreement, Referral Form and Financial Agreement are sent electronically to reduce our carbon footprint
- Completed forms generate receipts and copies for all parties
- Both parents sign separately, and the documents are combined into one binding agreement with Cherished Connections

Children’s Contact Service Agreement
The Children’s Contact Service Agreement is a formal contract between Cherished Connections and the parents with parental responsibility for the child(ren). It outlines the terms for services provided, including supervision and scheduling of visits. By signing, both the resident and supervised parents agree to follow the outlined procedures and responsibilities to ensure a safe and respectful environment for the child(ren). Any changes to the agreement will be communicated in writing, and compliance with the terms is necessary for continued service.
Referral & Financial Agreement
The forms must include agreed visit details—timing, venues, and transport—and be signed by both parents before submitting to Cherished Connections (CC). Parents are responsible for finalising arrangements and agreeing on any changes.
CC strives to provide the same facilitator, with backups if needed. Visits proceed only once signed forms and payment are received.
Attendance is limited to pre‑approved persons. Please provide full transport and venue details and follow the agreed schedule, as repeated deviations may lead to service cancellation.
Timely payment is required to continue services, and persistent non‑payment may result in further action.
Service Fees & Payment Instructions
Our documents outline all rates and payment instructions clearly. The party identified in the Financial Agreement Form is responsible for covering the fees.
An intake fee applies, and supervision payments are required at least two business days in advance. Payments can be made via bank deposit, transfer, debit or credit card, PayID, or EFT (please note card surcharges may apply). For weekend visits, payment must be received by 5:00 PM on Thursday.
Additional charges may apply for mileage, tolls, or venue costs. All payments must be made to the specified Cherished Connections bank account, and payment confirmation is required to avoid cancellation of services.
